Contemplative & social art practice with M Freeman
The meditative film work of media artist, writer and spiritual director, Marilyn Freeman, Cinema Divina is also their contemplative social art practice–a screening technique derived from the ancient mystical prayer process, lectio divina. This May 2nd session, “On Prayer”, invites you into an observation of the hours to ponder the mystery of prayer as an all-day love affair with everyday divinity. Marilyn will guide participants through the contemplative practice with a short film made for this session. Participants will be invited into reverent silences, writing, sharing and spacious listening.
